Easy jogging distance for non-sportspersons and kids, with one average acclivity, partly on a intermediate trail. Of course, you do not have to run the whole course immediately, or you just turn around at half of the distance. During the first trials, we provide you with a good strategy, healthy techniques and an adaptable pace. The most important is you should have fun during and after this activity.
