Average jogging distance for intermediate runners, with two average acclivities. During the first trials, we provide you with a good strategy, healthy techniques and an adaptable pace. The most important is you should have fun during and after this activity.

For advanced runners this course is a good warm-up to kilometres three point four (3.4 km). From then it gives you perfect surroundings for four (4) downhill and four (4) uphill interval sections: 30 seconds 90-95 % speed and 30 seconds trotting, each section (8x 30/30 sec.). The last one and a half kilometres (1.5 km) are for the running down.
