Trail Running

Easy jogging distance for beginners, with one average acclivity, partly on a difficult trail. Of course, you do not have to run the whole course immediately. During the first trials, we provide you with a good strategy, healthy techniques and an adaptable pace. The most important is you should have fun during and after this activity.

For advanced runners this course is a good warm-up to kilometre four (4 km). From then it gives you perfect surroundings for five to eight interval sections: 30 seconds 90-95 % speed and 30 seconds trotting, each section (5-8x 30/30 sec.). The last kilometre (1 km) is for the running down.
